We carry out alignment and bending line calculations for shaft systems. Based on many years of experience, we develop the optimal solution for your plant. The recalculation of the plant geometry is performed using CAE Alignment Calculation Software.
Measurements
We record complex geometries – two- and three-dimensional – with the highest precision and carry out bearing load measurements. This is made possible by our laser measuring systems, which serve us as highly accurate, portable measuring instruments.
Vibration measurement
We identify unwanted vibrations with the help of state-of-the-art measuring equipment and reduce them. We carry out our vibration measurement and data analysis in accordance with ISO 18436-2.
Alignment
Well-aligned machines run vibration-free, low-wear and environmentally friendly. We ensure long-lasting operation by optimally aligning rotating machinery, shaft systems and bearings.
Assembly
We align your shaft system, ensure safe installation, calculate the tightening torques of the foundation bolts and carry out the work at your site. From a single source – turnkey.
